Topping-off ceremony marks construction milestone for Athertyn at Haverford Reserve
The Pohlig organization held a topping-off celebration on Thursday, December 18, 2008 to celebrate the placement of the final beam on Building 5000, the first condominium building at Athertyn at Haverford Reserve.
With the first deliveries on track for summer 2009, Athertyn will offer its residents maintenance-free living and abundant lifestyle amenities including a clubhouse with fitness center, pool, and tennis court, plus miles of nature trails surrounded by more than 120 acres of preserved open space and 45 acres of township environmental and recreational areas. The community is located in the heart of the Main Line less than two miles from the Haverford train station.
The Athertyn at Haverford Reserve Building 5000 topping-off celebration was attended by principals Todd Pohlig and Don Pohlig, as well as other representatives of the Pohlig Organization. They were joined by Minno & Wasko Architects, Michael Visich Architects, and Adams Bickel, General Contractor.

Site plans, community information, and a fully decorated model of the Furness floor plan are on display at the Athertyn Information & Design Center, open daily from 11 am - 5 pm or by appointment at 934 W. Lancaster Avenue in Bryn Mawr.
